Non-Refundable Deposits and Payments Policy All deposits and payments made to BTC Balloons and More, LLC are non-refundable. This policy ensures that your event date and services are reserved exclusively for you.

If unforeseen circumstances arise, credit for the amount paid will be issued and can be applied to future bookings. This credit is valid for up to 1 year from the original booking date.

To reschedule your event and use your credit, please provide a minimum of 7 days' notice (or as soon as possible for emergencies) to allow us time to accommodate your new date.
